Lambert’s is seeking Foremen for all divisions. Requirements include:
- Minimum of 2-5 years experience in the landscape industry.
Comprehension of English, both written and verbal communication skills.
Valid Texas driver license with a clean driving record for at least three years and proof of insurability.
Ability to perform physically intense work outdoors in all kinds of weather.
Ability to safely and effectively operate typical landscape construction equipment as well as trucks and trailers as required transporting materials, personnel and equipment.
Must be able to produce work within a predetermined budget as well as prioritize tasks to ensure client satisfaction and job deadline.
Commitment to produce the highest quality landscape service utilizing environmentally safe techniques and practices while providing unsurpassed customer service.
Installation Foreman:
Typical duties include comprehensive landscape installation and construction. Applicant must have a thorough working knowledge of large scale installation techniques and equipment operation, be able to work independently, interpret and implement field directives/designs and resolve problems with minimal supervision. Candidate will be responsible for supervising and training of 3 crewmen while contributing towards the project’s production.
Maintenance Foreman:
Typical duties include maintenance, fertility and pest management. Candidate must possess a wide variety of practical knowledge of all facets of garden management as well as a working knowledge of irrigation and tree care disciplines. Applicant will be responsible for supervising and training of 2 crewmen while contributing towards the production and servicing of an account base of 15+ gardens.
Tree Foreman:
Typical duties include pruning, removal, bolting and cabling, fertilization, disease control, air-spade services and tree protection. Candidate must possess a wide variety of practical knowledge of all facets of garden management and will be responsible for supervising and training of 2 crewmen while contributing towards the overall production and servicing of our clients.
