Garden Manager

Lambert’s is seeking a creative and motivated talent to join our Garden Services Team as a Garden Manager. We are looking for an innovative, organized, customer service oriented and career minded individual to oversee assigned accounts through client contact, enhancement sales, site visits, production coordination and quality assurance. 

As a firm, we are proud of the division’s reputation for maintaining award winning outdoor environments that enhance our clients’ lifestyles and the property values of their residences by means of our Fine Gardening Program performed on a weekly basis by a Garden Manager, Foreman and trained Crew. The Garden Manager communicates directly with the client, coordinates the garden management needs, and designs enhancements while overseeing the maintenance of the property.  The team’s focus is on the property's immediate needs as well as the long-term development. 

Candidates must possess a wide variety of practical knowledge of all facets of garden management as well as a working knowledge of garden design, installation construction, irrigation and tree care. Requirements include a BS in Horticulture, Landscape Contracting or Landscape Architecture with a minimum 7 years in the landscape industry and be willing to work as a positive and integral part of our team effort. High end residential or estate gardening experience preferred.  Competitive salary range commensurate w/experience, plus benefits.
