English Country Garden

This garden's informal design relates to the English Country style of architecture chosen for the remodeling of this older property, appropriately lending itself to the topography unusual for this area.   Privacy was a concern on this elevated corner site, which benefits from existing native trees and thus significantly adds to the aged feel of this property.  A mixed herbaceous border behind the stone retaining wall at street level provides for a spectacular ever-changing display of seasonal color.  Included within the design are areas designated for children’s play as well as entertainment, complete with a grotto fountain and fishpond.
